In this provocative talk, the founder of the Win Without Pitching training program lays out the two ways to play the new business game: to try to win more pitches and to try to win without pitching. He explains why some prefer one approach over the other, and the costs and trade-offs inherent in each approach.
Enns will close the talk by having the audience participate in his New Business Game, in which he puts five different new business scenarios to you and asks how you would respond. He'll then explain what your responses say about you, your firm and your approach to new business development. In addition to learning something about yourself, you'll also see how your peers respond. Heated debate is sure to follow.
