Our speaker for the event is Jeremy Caplin from APRAIS; the leading business relationship consultancy. Jeremy comes fresh from his talk at Cannes Lions Festival where he endorsed the David Ogilvy maxim that ‘clients get the advertising they deserve’ and built on this observation to explain how ‘agencies get the clients they deserve’.

His talk will be followed by a panel of client and agency luminaries to relate, first-hand, their great (and not so great) relationship experiences. If you want to get the best performance for your combined agency/client teams, this event is for you.

Jeremy Caplin, CEO of Aprais Worldwide, is a highly-motivated senior communications professional with 30+ years of experience in both client side and agency management.

He has worked at some of the world's most high-profile companies with a strong record in measurement and strategic marketing & communications. Jeremy has operated as Global, European and Local Marketing Director at Companies such as P&G, Reckitt Benckiser, and monster.com and has been Head of Marketing Solutions at dunnhumby. 

He has been a speaker at WARC's MAP in London and at WFA Events in Berlin, Shanghai & Amsterdam. Most recently he presented at Cannes Lions (2014 & 2016). Jeremy has published articles for WARC (Best Practice Paper & Market Leader), the WFA and Campaign.

Jeremy has had the honour & privilege to be a Judge at both the BTAA (British Television Advertising Awards) and the IPA Effectiveness Awards. He has also won Grand Prix, Gold and 'Dedication to Measuring Effectiveness' at the IPA Effectiveness Awards and 'Brave Client of the Year' at Campaign’s Media Awards.
