About the trainer

David Meikle is founder of Salt, a consultancy and training company that specialises in forming and improving client/agency relationships.

Prior to Salt, David spent nearly twenty years in advertising working for Grey and Ogilvy & Mather in London as a board director and then as Group Managing Director of Ogilvy Russia from 2003 to 2008.

David has been training agencies in negotiation since 2010, his clients include AMV/BBDO, Adam&EveDDB, McCann Erickson, Ogilvy & Mather, MediaCom and the IPA. David is also the author of a soon-to-be-published book How to Buy a Gorilla, already heralded as “the ultimate book for how to strategically source agency services”, which “provides an invaluable roadmap that can ensure brands get what they really need from their agency partners”.
