As our Account Manager you will be providing product support within a portfolio of business on one of our global clients. The role is key to driving adoption of the product and to producing the collateral that supports the training on the product. The broader aspect of the role is also to drive growth within the account and support the implementation of a number of key projects.


Predominant role to become a product expert in a proprietary Google event management tool

Provide product support & training to teams on how to use the tool

Produce training materials in the form of decks, one sheeters & videos

Coordinate Product Support team

Track the use of the product, types of queries, creation of reports and make suggestions for improvements and efficiencies

Own project management of the account and the delivery of all projects

Own daily client communications

Manage the relationships with other internal departments

Writing / supervising project, production and creative briefs

Responsibility for generating accurate SOW's with the Project Management & Creative teams

Manage invoices and payment coordination in a timely manner

Manage budgets, tracking internal hours and measuring profitability

Able to review data / results and provide recommendations on program improvements

Early stage assessment of potential new business opportunities within the client

Develop excellent relationships with all current client contacts as well as building wider client contact base

Involvement in new business and implementing across a set of digital marketing projects - this will span email marketing, content marketing, online events management, digital campaigns and Livestream projects


Strong project management skills with a high attention to detail are paramount

Experience with CRM, event management & email marketing tools

Email marketing best practices

Experience working with creative process

Strong Presentation Skills Essential

Analytical and reporting skills

Being proactive across projects, always looking to add more value

Previous experience in an Agency is desirable


Client retention and managing client relationship

Delivery against revenue targets

Managing up to AD and CSD


Educated to degree level or similar
