Omnicom Media Group are looking for an enthusiastic, bright and energetic buyer to join our AV Dept.

The role of the TV/AV Buyer is broad and varied requiring multiple skill sets. The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be curious about an ever-changing media landscape and have a creative approach to work, while at the same time having strong attention to detail and numeracy skills. Ability to flourish in a results driven role is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Booking and maintaining a broad and varied client portfolio of TV airtime across multiple channels, as part of a dynamic team.

• Working with an AV team in the booking and monitoring of video campaigns across premium broadcaster VOD platforms.

• Nurturing best-in-class campaigns. Assisting at planning stage (as much as required), through to post campaign analysis.

• Understanding the nuances of the TV/AV market: channel performance, market inflation, how the nature of Video consumption is evolving

• Tracking and reporting results to an internal accountability team as well as assisting on international requests and templates

• Assisting and engaging with external media auditors when necessary

• Providing guidance through opinion, insights and learnings for fellow TV/AV buying and planning team members

Experience

Previous experience in a media agency would be an advantage but not a requirement. We're looking for someone highly organised, with a hunger to learn who can hit the ground running. Training will be provided but proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word is a must.
